Preferred Qualifications

BE in EEE/ Mechanical/ Construction Engineering and Management/ Technology from reputed University

Job Duties:

Implement BIM systems

Responsible for initiating and developing BIM Models for building & infrastructure projects

Conduct conflict analysis

Create 3D views or renderings for presentation purpose

Ability to develop processes, procedures and guidelines

Ability to develop BIM Execution Plan

Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2‐3 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre‐ construction through handoff phase of commercial construction

Revit® and Navisworks®

Lead and train small teams
