Design and project management of a 3PL cold-store warehouse in Muscat — ammonia refrigeration for −25 °C to +10 °C cold stores and a +35 °C ambient warehouse.

- 02Electrical design — 6MVA, 33KV/11KV primary substation, 3 × 11KV/415V secondary substations, lighting, power distribution, load flow & short circuit analysis, earthing & lightning protection, fire alarm
- 03Mechanical & plumbing — refrigeration using ammonia chillers for cold stores (−25, −10, +5, +10 °C) & +35 °C ambient temperature warehouse; HVAC, water supply, drainage, piping, fire fighting, VNA racking
- 04BIM — implementation of BIM technology
- 05Tender evaluation, client meetings, contractor coordination, site supervision, WRM, MRM, FAT, SAT
