Scope of works

  1. 01Electrical design — 10MVA, 33KV/11KV primary substation, 3 × 11KV/415V secondary substations, lighting, power distribution, load flow & short circuit analysis, earthing & lightning protection design
  2. 02Mechanical & plumbing — design of HVAC, water supply, drainage, piping, compressed air network
  3. 03Implementation of BIM technology
  4. 04Design & sizing of transformer, generator, 11KV switchgear, main LV panels, AHU, compressor, cooling tower, heat exchangers, UPS
